Third parties with whom we share your data

Qulture.Rocks, like other cloud companies, uses some third party services and platforms to perform its activities. Consequently, in order to make the Platform, Digital Services, the Site, HR Rocks, Teachable and other resources available and operational, Qulture.Rocks conducts data sharing (i.e., sends and/or receives Personal Data) with third parties. Qulture.Rocks does not exchange or sell your Personal Data to any third parties. Qulture.Rocks enters into specific data protection agreements or addenda (so-called "Data Protection Agreements" or "DPAs") with third parties.

Qulture.Rocks performs shared use of data with the following third parties and for the following which purposes:

• Plataform:

1. Amazon AWS: Infrastructure services platform where our server, database, and file storage are hosted. Location: United States.
2. Datadog: Service for monitoring and analyzing logs, errors, and Platform performance. For its services, Datadog requires sending parameters of each call and user data, including IP addresses. This data allows Qulture.Rocks to comprehensively monitor the Platform and track errors and performance. Location: United States.
3. Intercom: Customer support, help center, and communication service to enhance personalized user support and communication. Intercom may use a bot for initial support and routing requests. For its services, Intercom requires sending identified user data and information. This enables Qulture.Rocks' team to provide personalized support. Users may also respond to a satisfaction survey about the support received; we store the survey responses and respondent data. 4. Planhat: Customer service tool assisting Qulture.Rocks in reducing service cancellation risks, selling products, and maximizing customer retention. Planhat requires sending identified user data and information to provide its services. This enables Qulture.Rocks to offer customer support and analyze improvements for the Platform. We also collect user satisfaction surveys to aid in Platform development. Location: Germany and the Netherlands.
5. Sendgrid (Twilio): Email sending service. Requires sending user data: name, company, and email address. Location: United States.
6. Cloudinary: Image storage platform. We store user photos and images attached to texts. Location: United States.
7. Cloudflare: Security and reliability tools used on the Platform and sites, such as rate limiting and firewall (WAF). We log user data like IP addresses, system configurations, and accessing devices. Location: United States.
8. Power BI*: Microsoft platform for generating internal and external reports anonymously and aggregated, aiming to monitor and analyze financial information and customer satisfaction surveys. Data are extracted from our internal platforms into a spreadsheet model, imported into Power BI, and exported as PDF or PowerPoint for teams or potential investors. We collect data like monthly fees, additional charges, contract dates, satisfaction survey responses, client industry, business model, and account manager. Location: São Paulo, Brazil.
9. Slack*: Internal company communication platform. The Platform sends notifications and shares client content like praises and task reminders. Data read are used solely for integration functionalities. Qulture.Rocks does not manually access or store client data from Slack. If the client opts for this integration, the Platform accesses user lists, emails, channel messages, and allows direct messaging. Location: United States.
10. Google Data Studio*: G Suite platform for manipulating, generating, and sharing dynamic dashboards evaluating employee performance and other products like 1:1s, feedback, and sentiments. Uses aggregated evaluation results and employee information like names, areas, and positions. Data are exported from the Platform, stored in Google Drive spreadsheets, and imported into Data Studio. Reports are securely shared with clients, customizing permissions for each recipient. Location: São Paulo, Brazil.
11. Azure Open AI*: OpenAI's GPT LLM tool provided by Microsoft Azure. Qulture.Rocks offers GPT assistance in creating performance evaluation feedback texts for clients who enable this tool. No automated decision-making occurs. Location: United States.
12. HubSpot: CRM platform combining marketing, sales, and customer success tools. Used for providing user support by the Customer Success team. Requires sending identified user data to offer personalized support. Location: United States.

*Optional sharing, only for clients opting to use Qulture.Rocks' optional tools or services.

• Public sites, such as Site and Teachable, and other tools:

1. Third-party tools for Qulture.Rocks internal use: We use some tools for problem or request investigation, where developers and people from the Customer Success team exchange information with User data, as well as store information of potential new Customers in the Marketing and Sales team.
2. Prodpad: System for managing user feedback on the Platform. When you send a feedback about the Platform, we save, besides the text, your name, email and company. When the product team decides to research some feature evolution of the Platform, they consult the feedbacks received and can contact the user to set up interviews or to communicate that the feedback has been answered. Location: 33 New Road, Brighton - United Kingdom.
3. RD Station: Digital marketing automation tool. We perform lead capture, campaigns, lead nurturing and generation of qualified business opportunities. Data from forms within our site are stored (access to content, registration for courses, events and webinars, and demo requests of our platform). This data (name, email, phone number, company name, number of employees in the company, company area of operation, and job title) is combined with the lead's history of interactions with our content, and used for qualifying business opportunities. Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa, USA.
4. Meetime: SDR management system for qualifying leads for sales. We send the user data stored in RD Station. Location: United States.
5. Cloudflare: security and reliability tools used on the Platform and websites, such as rate limit and firewall (WAF). We store in the logs User data such as IP, system settings and device accessed. Location: United States.  
6. Pipedrive: customer relationship management (CRM) tool for managing our sales processes. Location: United States and Germany.
7. HubSpot: CRM platform that unites tools for (i) marketing, for conversion and lead nurturing, (ii) sales, for managing our sales processes, and (iii) customer success, for customer service. Location: United States.
8. Calendly: a tool for booking meetings efficiently and quickly. You can integrate this tool with Google Calendar to schedule meetings with clients. Location: United States.
9. Superlógica: collection tool, with boleto and invoice generation. We register our clients in this tool to perform the billing. Location: United States and Brazil.
10. Digital Ombudsman: a reporting channel to identify and resolve any issues of misconduct so that we can maintain a safe and inclusive work environment for our employees. Location: United States and Brazil.
11. Gupy: recruitment and selection platform on which candidates register and can follow the progress of our selection processes. Location: United States.
12. Atlassian (Jira): Project management and call handling software that enables service request, knowledge, incident, problem, and change management. Location: Datacenters are maintained in the United States, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, and Australia.

Uol EdTech Group Companies: We may share data with Uol EdTech Group companies to provide integrated Workforce platform solutions such as Learning, LXP, Skore and others. We may also share your data to conduct satisfaction research or to improve products or services or to perform Qulture services through Uol EdTech Group tools.
